The Greenhorn Creek Owners LLD Committee (Committee) mission is to protect our heritage and beautify our community, meeting our Owner’s needs while implementing the annual City Engineer’s Report tasks transparently, in harmony with the City of Angels financial administration. 

A group of motivated owners, under the guidance of former City Engineer, Rebecca Neilon, have established an operational charter committee to manage LLD affairs through 2023, including the functions of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Maintenance Manager and Communications. Members include Steve Archer, Peter Hooberman, Dan Lewis, Joe Oliviera, Sue Parker, Bert Sobon, Sue Ten Eyck, Tom Ten Eyck, and Steve Wilcox. 

We are a community-based organization focused on helping to keep Greenhorn Creek a beautiful neighborhood. With the help of our resident volunteers, we manage the financial health of the LLD and the LLD service contracts to maintain and improve our LLD for our owners.
